Trojan Spaces has spacious one and two-bedroom apartments on Ellendale Place in the DPS & FRYFT Zone. We are located on one of the most popular streets at USC for off-campus housing. We are a couple of blocks from the University, USC Village, restaurants, grocery stores, and the rest of Los Angeles. 

Our managers live on-site.
